You will take over the strategic planning and coordination of our personnel resources, act as a central interface between customers and applicants and ensure that open positions are optimally occupied. This responsible position is available in full time.

Core tasks you expect

• Identification of new business opportunities by proactive consultation of potential corporate customers and long-term customer relationships
• Collaborative cooperation with an experienced team to develop individual customer solutions and convince new customers through our services
• Close coordination with internal teams such as recruiting, personnel department and sales to ensure smooth cooperation

Your profile

• Experience in the time work industry is advantageous, but no requirement
• Basic knowledge of the Employee Transfer Act (AÜG) is advantageous
• Ideally first experiences with applicant management tools
