You're so passionate about it ✓ A completed vocational training as a building cleaner (m/w/d) desirable ✓ Multiannual practical experience in the field of building cleaning and staff management, preferably multiannual experience as a foreman ✓ Good knowledge of German in word and writing necessary ✓ Basic knowledge of the most common office applications (e.g. MS Office) ✓ Embossed customer and service orientation ✓ Reliability, readiness for use and friendly, safe occurrence in handling our customers

Your responsibility ✓ Organization, control and responsibility of cleaning in your own responsibility ✓ Design of personnel planning and the management of their own employees ✓ Maintenance of reporting and documentation ✓ Monitoring of working time regulation, compliance with time requirements as well as working time recording and working time with a view to timely wage billing ✓ Support for monthly closing, billing preparation, material order ✓ Object analysis and quality control ✓ Close cooperation with customers' contact points on site ✓ Teaching and training for employees in the area of responsibility
