Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d) with a focus on ERP systems

As an IT service provider of the hagebau Group, hagebau IT GmbH, based in Soltau in Lower Saxony, offers comprehensive service for the smooth running of all IT tasks. For this purpose, hagebau IT provides the systems and services that the around 350 shareholders of the hagebau cooperation and about 1,500 employees of the hagebau group need to implement their everyday and core business within the hagebau, as well as in the construction market and in the building material specialist trade. These include an industry-specific ERP solution and the Hagebau's own data center for the systems of more than 1,500 hagebau locations in Germany and Europe. In addition, around 18,000 users are served daily. For our headquarters in Soltau and proportionally in the Mobile Office we are looking for you now and in full time as Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d)

Design and development: You are significantly involved in the active design and continuous further development of our ERP system Infor M3 and create future-oriented solutions. Practical solutions: Together with your project team, you develop user-friendly and practical solutions along the entire life cycle – from information acquisition to analysis and design to implementation, testing and go-live. Creating added value: You use your expertise in practice to increase the value of our ERP system and drive innovative infor solutions and implementations. Efficient business solutions: For our customers, you develop and configure customized and efficient business solutions that offer real added value. Interface between customer and development: With targeted communication and a profound understanding of the requirements of both sides, you will ensure a smooth coordination between our customers and our software development. Quality assurance: You’ll start testing plans, perform testing of software configurations and customer solutions and ensure the highest quality standards. Reporting: If required, you will create precise internal status reports that provide a clear overview of project progress. Achieving product objectives: You make sure that product targets are implemented on time, budget-compliant and in the highest quality.

Training or passion for IT: You have a completed qualification with IT focus or are a motivated cross-enterer (m/w/d) with a pronounced IT affinity. Experience and expertise: You have extensive experience in the development of software solutions or IT project management – ideally complemented by relevant certifications. Industry experience (nice-to-have): First practice experience in trade, preferably in building materials trading, is advantageous. Business understanding: Basic knowledge of business processes and their relation to ERP systems are your strengths. Communication talent: You are glowing through excellent knowledge of German in cooperation with customers and your team as well as good knowledge of English for communication with international service providers. Process knowledge: Ideally, you bring knowledge about the optimization and adaptation of business processes in one or more of the following areas: Sales and purchasing processes Finance/Calculation POS/Retail
