Team leadership in the complex environment You carry on and develop a supply chain team in a large, challenging therapy area and ensure high performance in daily business. End-to-end supply chain control You keep the entire supply chain in mind from planning to deployment and ensure smooth, efficient processes across all interfaces. Strategy & Supply Chain Optimization You develop sophisticated supply chain strategies and implement them to increase efficiency, stability and long-term performance. Supplier and manufacturer control You build resilient relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, actively care for them and ensure reliable cooperation and care. Capacity and resource planning You plan capacity in the long term, anticipate resources and ensure that future requirements are reliably covered. KPI- & Improvement Management You define and monitor KPIs, initiate measurable process improvements and drive the use of new technologies to continuously increase quality and efficiency.

Funded academic basis You have a degree in supply chain management, business management, pharmacy, engineering or a comparable subject. Long-standing SCM experience (ideally pharmaceutical) You bring deep experience in supply chain management and ideally know the requirements and conditions of the pharmaceutical industry. Proven leadership competence You have several years of leadership experience and understand how to develop, motivate teams and perform high performance in a complex environment. Crossfunctional & global sovereign You work safely with cross-functional stakeholders and are ideally routined in a global setup with different expectations and priorities. Strong change and improvement drive You actively promote changes and improve processes pragmatically and effectively – even in dynamic, fast-paced structures. Communication on top level You are convinced by strong interpersonal skills and communicate in German and English with certainty of negotiation – clear, binding and addressable.
