Site management in geriatric care for Teltow and Stahnsdorf (m/f/d)

For our sites in Teltow and Stahndorf, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced position management (m/w/d) in full time – for the management of our Evangelical Senior Centres Bethesda and Florencehort.

The Evangelisches Seniorenzentrum Bethesda comprises eight households with twelve residents each, offering a family-oriented, community-oriented concept of living. The Evangelisches Seniorenzentrum Florencehort has 65 fully-steady nursing places and a short-term care area in 21 single and 22 double rooms.

Economic and organisational management: You control the location on the basis of business performance indicators and ensure budget-compliant management. Staff management and personnel management: You lead the team according to the leadership principles of the carrier, answer personnel selection, service planning and operational control. Head of care and short-term care: You assume the professional and organizational responsibility for the nursing and short-term care area in the senior center. Process and quality management: You optimize recording, dismissal and care processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality management-compliant work. Supply development and market potentials: You identify market potentials and implement new offers. Cooperation and network management: You maintain and develop partnerships to strengthen the location attractiveness. Strengthen Diaconic Profile: You actively promote the diaconic profile and engage in projects and areas.

Recognized nursery with at least 2 years of professional experience and a management qualification according to SQV. Leadership and business understanding. Embossed communication skills and social competence. High decision-making and organisational skills. Confidence with the Christian values of the Lafim dialogue.
