IT Service Manager (m/w/d)

With our subsidiary CHEFS CULINAR, we supply customers throughout Germany and neighbouring countries as industry leader in wholesale delivery. In addition to six shopping centers in northern Germany, including in Flensburg, Kiel and Lübeck also with its own CITTI food specialist markets, the globally active HMS Hanseatic Marine Services is one of us.

Our over 250-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) for our headquarters in Kiel at the next possible date IT Service Manager (m/w/d)

Advising IT specialist areas with regard to ITIL core processes, e.g. Request, (Major) Incident, Problem, Change Management

• actual & target analysis
• Regular reviews of implemented ITSM processes Definition of further ITIL processes to be implemented Control and monitoring of external implementation partners in the context of the implementation of the new processes Regular evaluation of the ITIL conformity of the IT organization Communication of technical solutions and processes to non-technical stakeholders Own-responsible roll-out of ServiceNow in the branches of the company group Training / placement of ITIL skills within the IT organization

completed studies of economic informatics, computer science or comparable training multi-year professional experience in ServiceNow, ideally in the ITSM environment ITIL Certification (“Foundation”) analytical skills and process understanding very good communication skills in German and English Teamability, initiative and solution orientation Joy in work in a multicultural team
