They are the first contact person for the customer on site and are responsible for maintaining customer relationships. Through regular communication and feedback talks, you ensure a high level of satisfaction and close cooperation They take care of the planning and implementation of Facility Services, make sure that all services are provided in accordance with the contract and keep customers informed about progress They monitor and troubleshoot disruptions or technical problems and ensure that necessary repairs and maintenance measures are carried out quickly and efficiently They document the work carried out and ensure that all relevant data and reports are regularly transmitted to the competent authorities.

Completed technical or commercial training, ideally in facility management or a related area Multiannual professional experience in the care of facility services or in a comparable position Embossed communication skills and a high level of service orientation Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with facility management software High problem solving capabilities and a structured, independent way of working Flexibility and willingness to work locally at the customer
