IT License Manager / IT Contract Manager (f-m-d)

Ensuring compliance with license, maintenance and operational contracts for hardware, software and cloud providers Continuous maintenance and management of licences, contracts and related data Analysis and optimization of license models and contracts and implementation of cost optimization measures Active support for the purchase of contract negotiations, tenders and evaluation of manufacturer offers Identification of license risks and identification of risk mitigation measures Preparation and monitoring of licensing and contract audits and contract negotiations System coordination of the license management and contract management software used Regular reporting to IT management Cooperation in project or process topics

Completed degree (Master/Diplom) in (economic) informatics, industrial engineering, business management or a comparable discipline Experiences in IT licensing and IT contract management as well as IT purchasing, ideally in the energy industry Ability to work into complex contractual structures, risks and deadlines and to look reliably Knowledge of contract design, common license models (incl. cloud) and license optimization Embossed experience in handling license management/SAM tools Basic knowledge of IT law and data protection are desirable German language skills Structured, independent mode of operation combined with pronounced written and oral communication strength
