Individual financing concepts: You analyze the financial situation and wishes of your customers and develop appropriate financing solutions. Comprehensive market overview: You provide your customers with an understandable overview of their financing options. Cooperation with bank partners: You are the interface between your customers and our long-term banking partners, and you tune the next steps. Support to implementation: You coordinate the financing process and support your customers as a reliable contact person throughout the process. Customer advice without own customer acquisition: Our Setter team takes over lead generation and produces customer contacts. You focus on consulting your customers and finding the right financing for them.

The day business? – You will accompany your customers from the first financing consultancy to the implementation of their real estate financing. You understand their desires, check their possibilities and develop financing concepts that match their lives. You have a successfully completed commercial training in the financial services sector, for example as a bank businessman/bank businesswoman, savings bank businessman, bank businessman or a comparable qualification. You bring knowledge of building financing or Real estate financing – for example from an activity as a financing consultant, real estate financing consultant or building financing specialist. You have the pleasure of contacting people and by telephone and personal customer advice. For your customers, you want to find the best possible financing solution. You work hard, reliable and service-oriented and keep track of multiple financing operations. You are communicative, you like to work independently and appreciate the exchange in a team that supports each other. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. English skills are desirable. .
