Carrying out planned and structured practice instructions (individual and group instructions) in the context of generalist training and primary education; the instruction takes place in time windows provided for this purpose outside the planned deployment in the station control operation Organization of practical instructions at the station Implementation of initial, intermediate, and final discussions with the learners Advice and support of trainees and students Designing a smooth theory and practice transfer Implementation and documentation of level analyses Exam preparation and removal Close cooperation and exchange of information with the central practice leaders, the practical coordinator of generalist nursing training and dual students, the PDL, the station management and the educational centre Participation in practical meetings

Completed training as a nurse/care specialist or Care professional or equivalent qualification according to the requirements of the nursing profession law Continuous or completed study of a course suitable for teaching (e.g. nursing, medical or professional education) Alternatively, an ongoing or completed study in the field of care (e.g. nursing sciences, care management)” with additional further training on the practical instructions multiannual practical experience in various nursing areas, ideally internalist and surgical Intercultural understanding and openness in dealing with employees who have acquired their nursing skills abroad Ability to work independently and structured and to work together in the interdisciplinary team of practical leaders Design and development of guidance and learning concepts Joy of new challenges and the design and improvement of processes Friendly and cooperative handling in the team Continuous continuing vocational education and training
