What awaits you:

• As Senior Sales Agent (m/w/d), you are responsible for the demand-oriented sale, consulting and service of Vodafone products on the PoS and also on the phone.
• You support in maintaining an adequate appearance of the branch according to the specified guidelines by implementing the daily store check.
• You adhere to all policies and regulations (such as cash, legitimation policies, etc.).
• You support the implementation of the weekly inventory and testing of stocks according to corresponding requirements.
• You support the Store Manager:in the development and multiplication of sales methods to the team.

What distinguishes you:

• A completed commercial or commercial vocational training.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing or customer operations.
• Knowledge of telecommunication solutions.
• Very good understanding of sales methods/ techniques.
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
