Operational and technical management of the mechanical workshop at the site Ensuring maintenance, maintenance and repair of equipment and vehicle inventory as well as the high availability and readiness of use of all machines Organisation and control of workshop processes, capacity planning and personnel use as well as work preparation and efficient processes Responsibility for audits and documentation (DGUV/UVV, legal requirements) and for quality, safety and order Management and Purchasing of Spare Parts and Workshop Requirements: Demand Determination, Disposition and Supplier Control Control of external service partners and service providers Technical support: Damage analyses, problem solutions on construction sites, commissioning of new machines Warranty processing with suppliers Documentation of ECM order processing and test periods in the rail sector Data management in relevant systems Training and guidance of trainees (mechatronics for agricultural and construction machinery) Training planning and further development of workshop staff Support for investment planning: Technical evaluation of replacement and new investments

Master title in the field: Land and Construction Engineering / Construction Machinery Engineering / NFZ-Technik Multiannual experience: In the maintenance of construction or commercial vehicles, with management responsibility in the workshop environment Experience in: Purchase and management of spare parts Knowledge: Hydraulics, Electrical, Mechanical Safe in handling test and documentation requirements (DGUV/UVV, ideally ECM) Structured, economically oriented operation High self-responsibility and enforcement
