For the WOHNEN and FÖRDERN division at the Günzburg site, we are looking for a health education nurse / educator / social education (m/w/d) in parttime (50–80 %), unlimited

People with chronically running mental illnesses, who are no longer able to live in their usual environment due to their increased need for help, find a largely barrier-free living in our protective and promoting atmosphere. A variety of day-structuring and activating offers creates the prerequisite for giving orientation to everyday life. There, where the residents:inside important directions of everyday life can no longer do themselves, we offer professionally competent support and help.

Your main tasks:

• They take over the pedagogical, life-structural and inspiring support of the inhabitants: in everyday management.
• They provide structuring support work and contribute to the further development planning of the inhabitants.
• They work constructively and objectively with all professional groups.
• They actively promote the continuous development of the care concept.
• They plan offers in different areas and provide demand-oriented support.
