BImA also contributes to the relief of the generally tense housing market in Germany. The Housing division is organizationally divided into 4 regional areas, 8 customer centers and 30 service teams. Our regional area Ost comprises 9,600 apartments in the federal states Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. The task of the regional department management Ost is to manage and manage the two customer centers in Berlin and Dresden, which, with their total of 8 service teams at various locations, take over housing management on site. It is also responsible for the planning and control of revenues and costs, and it represents the interests of BImA as a property and housing owner as well as as a builder. The management range in the Eastern Regional Area includes a staff of around 100 employees, ranging from customer centers to manual workers.

As a responsible manager, guide and manage the Eastern Region of the Housing division and strategically align it with the achievement of the intended goals. They control personnel deployment and ensure a structured and targeted allocation of tasks in the regional area. In addition to technical responsibility for the entire area of responsibility of the regional area, you take over budget planning and responsibility and bear responsibility for costs and earnings. As a basis, you will bring a completed university degree (Uni‐Diplom/Master) with an economic or technical background (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, spatial planning) or a comparable qualification with an immobile economic focus. They have extensive experience and multiannual activity in a senior and responsible position. They bring comprehensive expertise and several years of experience in real estate management. You could gain a wide range of expertise in the housing industry. They have already gained experience in the technical design of new construction, modernization and maintenance measures in housing construction, as well as in the development of quarters, tenant communication and tenant management. They act objectively, economically and show their own initiative. Your expertise in change processes and your strong personnel management qualities are just as good as your safe judgment, combined with the ability to decide quickly and objectively and take responsibility even in complex issues.
