In order to strengthen the personnel area, we are looking for an experienced manager for the management of the pay bill. In this responsible position, you play a central role in ensuring efficient payroll processes as well as developing a well-established team

You take over the professional and personal management of a dedicated team within the pay bill and promote the individual further development of your employees You ensure the proper and timely implementation of all accounting processes for different business areas You act as a central contact person for executives and employees in tax, social insurance and accounting issues You coordinate cooperation with internal departments and external institutions and contribute to smooth processes at the interfaces You accompany accounting-relevant final work and ensure a reliable provision of relevant data and evaluations You are responsible for the support and further development of the payment and time management systems used You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and implement quality and efficiency enhancement measures You actively shape the digital development of the Payroll area and drive automation and standardization initiatives You bring their own ideas to the further development of modern HR service processes and support change processes within the department

You have a successfully completed degree with a personal or business focus or a comparable qualification You contribute profound practical experience in payroll accounting and are confident in tax and social security law You ideally have knowledge of collective work environments and have already worked with different remuneration structures You could gain first leadership experience or convince by your potential to develop teams professionally and personally You are characterized by a pronounced service orientation and a sovereign and binding occurrence You communicate clearly, appreciatively and addressably with a wide range of contact persons You work structured, self-initiatively and keep track of complex issues You are delighted to actively accompany change processes and critically question existing processes You bring high affinity for digital systems and modern HR processes with You convince by personality, sense of responsibility and the ability to win others for common goals
