As Senior Service Consultant (m/w/d), you are responsible for operating, controlling and monitoring technical FM service providers, planners and executive companies to ensure operator responsibility, quality standards and sustainability targets. You control projects focusing on repairs, sustainability and energy efficiency. You develop both rebuilding and modernisation measures for plants and prepare cost estimates in close coordination with planners and experts. You take care of smaller measures in line with HOAI and ensure VOB-compliant settlement and settlement. You assist us in compiling building data as well as building documents for a CAFM programme and, finally, develop strategic decision-making templates for superiors, bodies or seniors.

Successful technical studies: architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering or utility technology – alternatively completed training with several years of relevant experience and additional qualifications Multiannual professional practice in building operations, project management, facility management and in the handling of service providers, authorities, examiners and contractors Expertise in the TGA systems Ventilation technology, refrigeration technology, electrical engineering and air conditioning technology Embossed technical understanding and sound knowledge in relevant regulations and DIN standards Very good German in word and writing
