Comprehensive system support: You are constantly consulting and optimising our SAP HCM modules PA, PY, PT and OM to guarantee a smooth running. Central billing control: You control and reliably carry out the monthly billing for Germany, Austria and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Process-oriented development: You initiate legal and operational adjustments, provide interfaces and develop our national and international accounting processes in a modern way. Important interface function: You act as a central link between the HR areas, our internal IT and external SAP service providers. Competent System Support: You take first or second level support with complex error messages and solve system problems in the HR environment in no time. Successful project management: You take the (partial) project management for exciting HR digitization projects and monitor the data flows to our pre- and follow-up systems.

Your educational path: You have completed a well-founded education or study in the field of business, IT or HR, or you have a comparable qualification that supports your IT affinity. Your strengths: You have a strong analytical thinking to translate complex specialist processes into logical IT structures, and you are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. Your profile: You bring multi-annual well-founded practice in the care, coordination or consulting of SAP HCM systems (PA/PY/PT and OM) as well as a deep understanding of HR business processes and pay billing. In addition, you have gained first experience in project management, will surely go around with MS Office, have fluent German and very good English skills in word and writing.
