As part of the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) organization, you support the Chief Software Officer's staff team and work directly on strategic and organizational transformation topics. The focus is on the Mercedes Excellence System (MxS), which anchors a sustainable, agile and slim operation. You will gain insights into the implementation and control of transformation initiatives in the context of MB.OS. These tasks await you: Working with conceptual and strategic tasks as well as in the operational day-to-day business of the assistant team

Editorial control of the internal communication of the intranet appearance as well as design and design of own contributions

Working and organizing events such as Townhalls or Keynotes

Preparation of presentations in German and English for Supervisory Board and Management Board meetings

Conception and preparation of international top management events, internal cultural events and measures in the context of organisational development towards Lean & Agil

Degree in engineering, such as economic engineering, business informatics, business management, innovation management or organisational development, but also related studies such as communication or media
