In close cooperation with our sales and operation teams, you are a central interface to our international customers – solution-oriented, service-oriented and always with a clear look for quality. You always trade on behalf of the customers and make sure that their recruiting activities are implemented efficiently, professionally and targeted. Your new job at a glance Consulting & Customer Care You are the first contact person for our international customers and offer individual advice and practical support according to their recruiting needs.

Campaign implementation in customer order On behalf of our customers, you publish job advertisements on StepStone as well as international partner platforms and coordinate all related processes – from commissioning to playing out.

Service processing and operational implementation You process incoming orders, ensure the correct handling and ensure that all booked services are provided in a timely manner – always within the meaning of our customers.

Inquiry management & solution finding You answer questions about products and services quickly and professionally and develop suitable solutions that meet the needs of customers and our business goals.

Campaign Analysis & Performance Reporting On behalf of customers, you will create regular reports on campaign performance and guide data-based action recommendations to sustainably increase success and satisfaction.

Relationship Management & Account Management You build long-term customer relationships, understand your customers' recruiting goals and give proactive impulses to optimize their recruiting activities.

That's what you bring Commercial training or multi-year experience in customer service or account management – ideally in the international environment

Embossed service orientation and a sense for the individual needs of customers

German and English knowledge (min. C2 level) and high intercultural competence

Structured, careful and analytical work and high IT affinity

Loadability, flexibility and a sovereign appearance in the international context
