Heading and designing IT projects in the digitalization and software development environment, focusing on future-oriented industrial projects (Smart Factory) Technical and economic responsibility for the project objectives and results (cost, quality and time) in the industrial IT and automation landscape Responsible, professional leadership and further development as well as coaching the project employees in the agile project business Analysis and assessment of customer requirements from industry, presentation of results before internal and external control bodies as well as technically competent and solution-oriented customer communication Participation in supply creation and project acquisition in close cooperation with sales

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or a similar subject or completed information technology training Long-term project experience, also in senior function (e.g. as project manager or lead developer) in the field of software development or IT operations Knowledge of processes and methods of agile project management Embossed communicative skills, sovereign appearance before customers, organisational and coordination strength as well as an independent and motivating way of working - and above all fun at work in the team flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
