Support of Chef de Rang colleagues in the care and hospitality of our guests in the traditional guesthouses of the Weissach Ensuring a warm, attentive and professional service process that will make our guests unforgettable moments of pleasure Advising guests on food, beverages and day recommendations as well as competent answering questions about our offer Own takeover of an assigned service area in close coordination with Chef de Rang Preparation and Mise en Place for a smooth service run Serving food and beverages in compliance with our high quality and service standards Professional handling of guest wishes and service-oriented support in solving concerns and complaints Support in the incorporation of new team members and promotion of collaborative cooperation in the service team Designing exceptional guest experiences through attention, host qualities and passion for upscale gastronomy

Complete training in hospitality or gastronomy as well as ideally first professional experience in service Passion for hospitality, high-quality service and culinary pleasure Friendly, warm appearance and pronounced communication skills Team spirit, reliability and responsible operation Self-employed work and high quality and service awareness Flexibility, resilience and availability for weekend and holiday services Good knowledge of German, other foreign languages are advantageous
