In order to strengthen our team in Hamburg-Hohenfelde we are looking for an educational specialist for an offer of homeless help for young adults.

Your tasks:

• They accompany, support and support young people with special social difficulties between 21 and 30 years
• They conduct consultations and interviews and are responsible for the provision of assistance
• You are a reference manager for the clients*clients in our own apartments and document the results of the joint work
• They assist in finding their own apartment and accompany on appointments (e.g. offices, doctors etc.)
• They design group offers and carry them through
• Regular team-upervisions are just as part of your working day as weekly team meetings and regular training
• You design with: On-site processes are team-based, the service, year and holiday planning will make you together
• They work from Monday to Friday and can freely and flexibly plan and design client work outside the fixed team dates

Your profile:

• Diploma in Social Education (m/w/d) Bachelor or Master Social Work or a comparable qualification
• first experience in working with adults
• Interest in the varied and sometimes challenging world of living of clients*
• Knowledge of educational methods
