Leading and developing the global Sales & Service strategy for the Sentronics Business Unit - with the goal to drive sales growth, increase market share, boost prospects and strengthen our value proposition Building and maintaining long-term relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide – with a strong focus on Asia (Taiwan, Korea, China, Japan) Identifying and developing new business opportunities, market trends and customer requirements to expand and adapt our modular product portfolio Leading and motivating a highly skilled team across Business Development, Sales Operations and Service to achieve ambitious targets and deliver operational excellence Collaborating and aligning closely with R&D and Product Marketing to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions that deliver measurable competitive advantages Driving and empowering the international sales teams in a matrix organization to ensure consistent execution, customer focus and market penetration
