Discipline leadership, construction and organization of a new master area within the module building department. Construction and design of a new interdisciplinary area of responsibility and teams in the Modulbau department. Establishing a participative, value-adding and consistent leadership and work environment. Ensure occupational safety and documentation in the area of responsibility including the creation of risk assessments and operating instructions. Ensuring and implementing the agreed dates in the area of responsibility, including through the safe use of IT tools (SAP, DMU, E-Base) and planning instruments. Implementation of measures for specification, selection and production Ensuring the procurement of all necessary tools. Willingness to work across locations, e.g. at the Kiel site in case of need.

A successfully completed training as a master (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering, industry or comparable. Experience in the field of modular design and equipment Ubootsbau, Schiffbau or plant construction is extremely desirable. Embossed conceptual skills, resilience, communication skills as well as a high level of design results. English knowledge of secure communication e.g. with customers and subcontractors are desirable. Knowledge of building regulations (e.g. BV34), K standards and standards are extremely desirable Experience in handling VR glasses is desirable.
