You are the driving force behind strategic and multi-disciplinary projects focusing on M365 and Power Platform. You are responsible for digital key initiatives – from the introduction of SharePoint and OneDrive to the implementation of practical use cases with Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. You take over the project management and are responsible for all relevant work strands – from strategic and content design to detailed planning to successful implementation. You act as a pulse generator (m/w/d) for modern forms of work and communication, promote the sustainable anchoring of digital working methods in the company and identify potentials for process optimization and automation. You ensure that governance, security and compliance requirements are taken into account and implemented in your projects. Through an active cross-departmental exchange, make sure that the projects are implemented in a targeted manner within the meaning of the entire company.

You have a university or university degree – ideally in business informatics, computer science or a comparable degree course You have practical experience in the environment of Microsoft 365 and/or the Power Platform - knowledge in Power BI, SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Power Apps are desirable You have collected well-founded professional experience in IT project management or a business development department in trade/industry Furthermore, you have excellent analytical skills, a methodologically broad knowledge and a pronounced organizational capacity. You are characterized by high commitment and spiritual flexibility, combined with pragmatism, efficiency and a solution-oriented approach Their very good knowledge in handling MS Office programs lead to state-of-the-art, high-quality storylines and presentations
