In your role as a specialist advisor/seller, you conduct consulting and sales talks and present our products (> 5,000 articles) to your customers. A tablet with access to relevant product and customer data as well as a modern sales system helps you actively respond to customer needs. They provide an attractive product presentation in the branch, taking into account current offers, seasonal products and promotion weeks, and bring their own ideas. As part of our sales team, you can also actively support our customers by telephone and are therefore independent of the location. You have a look at the goods entry and exit including necessary documentation. In addition to your direct colleagues in the branch, you also work with the field service in the region and the product specialists in the interior service to achieve the highest customer satisfaction in all matters. In the execution of inventory, you actively support, ensure order in the warehouse and keep the customer data in our IT system SAP up to date. The processing and processing of credits, complaints and special purchases, etc., are also your responsibility. You actively participate in team meetings, business meetings, presence fairs etc. and work closely with your branch management
