Your tasks:

• Implementation of general repair and maintenance work in the building
• Regular maintenance and verification of the equipment including Removal of defects
• Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the building
• Coordination of craftsmen and service providers
• Implementation of minor renovation work and repairs

Your profile: (m/w/d), craftsmen (m/w/d) or in a related area of advantage

• Practical experience in building maintenance and maintenance
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Reliability, initiative and team capability
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Class B and fork licence of advantage
