Creation of monthly and annual accounts according to IFRS and HGB Creation of budget and sub-year forecast planning and its follow-up Economic and profitability analyses, incl. Analysis of deviations and policy planning Annual Budget Planning for Production, Sales and Administration and Coordination of Department Planning (OPEX & CAPEX) Assessment of the production area and displaying optimization potentials Coordination and support of annual product cost calculation to the budget, in particular cost-performance accounting Cost and income statement Proactive support and advice of management in decision making Continuous optimization of our financial processes, systems, structures and key figures

Complete studies in the field of business management or corresponding training as well as multiannual relevant professional practice, ideally in the international industrial environment Several years of professional experience in the field of finance and controlling, preferably desirable in the economic audit Knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS and auditing (optional sox) Good English knowledge of word and writing You have experience in controlling and developing controlling and financial accounting instruments You have entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality, enforcing ability and a structured, proactive, result-oriented way of working IT affinity and secure application of ERP systems (ideally Navision) and Excel
