• Acceptance and handling of customer orders, e.g. in machine malfunctions, commissioning, repairs and maintenance Coordination of service technicians:inside, mechanics:inside Organization of sequential orders in coordination with internally and externally taking into account the spare parts requirement Interface function between customer and service team Stem data management of customer and contract data *Competent consultation of the contact persons:in German and English
