Order processing coordinator (m/f/d)

You take over the delivery processing including the qualification of sales leads, the technical design of complex offers and the collection of supplier and SUB entrepreneurial offers You will check inquiries regarding technical and temporal feasibility You analyze the plant history and state reports You provide assistance with technical queries from technical specialists and service masters m/w/d You create technical specifications and supplier specifications and solve order requirements In coordination, you support the SUB Mondays in cooperation with the relevant service master m/w/d You create TÜV documents and co-ordinate and enrollment

A completed training in the field of mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience, ideally in the elevator industry Customer and service orientation, good communication and organizational skills as well as good German and English language skills Awareness of costs and responsibility and fun in business processes High affinity in dealing with digital technologies You don't meet all the above requirements? Fee: 35h week after IG Metall incl. Christmas and holiday money as well as other special payments, regular salary increases and 30 holiday days.
