Your job as a receptionist (m/w/d):

• Reception and contact for customers, visitors and employees
• reception and forwarding of telephone calls
• Collection, assignment and grant of access rights for foreign companies
• Management of visitor and replacement IDs and output of keys by permission plan

Your qualification:

• Complete commercial vocational training desirable or employees from service-oriented professions such as gastronomy or hotel industry
• Self-employed and conscientious working and friendly and open-minded appearance
• German communication skills in word and writing (German level from C1)
• A perfect guide certificate is required
