Programme Director Pre-experience Master Programmes – Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (m/f/d)

Strategic further development of the program portfolio in the pre-experience master area to ensure competitiveness and consistent orientation to institutional target images as part of the overall strategy of the university. Conception and establishment of cross-programme quality, structural and curriculum standards to ensure uniform quality standards and sustainable development across several study programmes. Control and further development of central quality and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to continuously improve academic programs in an organizational context. Overarching control of interfaces and performance processes along the Student Life Cycles to ensure consistent performance promises and efficient cooperation between academic and administrative units. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the program team as well as professional orientation of adjacent program units to ensure the performance of the area and to further develop professional standards in the overall area.

Successfully completed university studies (master or equivalent) in the field of economic, legal or social sciences Multiannual experience in university management, ideally with responsibility for several programs or programme units Deep knowledge of accreditation, quality assurance and course development Experience in the development and implementation of cross-programme concepts German and English knowledge in word and writing Ability to work in complex governance structures and bodies Safe handling of strategic control variables (quality, demand, economy) Embossed ability to control complex stakeholder structures High conceptual and analytical competence Enforceability in professional issues Guide competence incl. lateral guidance
