Head of Customer Service national (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the national customer service team and ensure motivated and targeted cooperation. Thanks to your organizational system, you ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day business and ensure a high service quality for our national customers. Through your active involvement in day-to-day business, you remain close to the customer and support your team in the processing of inquiries, orders and complaints. You plan, organize and optimize customer service processes to continuously increase productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction. You are responsible for the budget planning and monitoring of your department and are responsible for appropriate measures in case of deviations.
