Together with your team, you implement apoBank's strategy in the context of holistic strategic asset management. Focus on customer needs and serve banking and nonbanking topics. Through your coaching-based leadership style, you will continuously develop your employees. If you are responsible for your own customer portfolio and use appropriate customer acquisition measures, you will be a model for your employees. They actively contribute to the achievement of the sales success. This includes the acquisition of representative tasks.

In addition to training as a banking businessman/supplier, you have further qualified as a banking business owner or a bank-related degree. In addition, you have several years of professional experience as a consultant in banking and bring leadership experience. You are an expert in the fields of precautionary and fortune and can inform your interest. They have a pronounced customer orientation and acquisition capability combined with a high degree of self-initiative. They convince by their sovereign appearance, good negotiation skills and bring sales and final orientation. They have the necessary expertise in accordance with § 1 WpHGMaAnzV.
