Your future job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations GmbH, you are working as a maintenance coordinator (m/w/d) for heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology at the Hamburg site.

Your tasks:

• to ensure a safe working environment and business continuity while respecting the legal requirements laid down in the Industrial Safety Regulation, Approvals and Water Permits, as well as the obligations in environmental protection are:
• Contract management of the service providers on site - selection of suppliers, supply collection, technical clarification and invoice control according to the above. Processes
• Foreign company coordination, instruction and supervision of foreign company services incl. Creation of work instructions and risk assessments
• Maintenance planning and control according to the defined Airbus Business processes
• Creating inspection, maintenance and testing plans, as well as terminating, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of foreign companies
• Coordination of the various technical service providers to ensure a time, cost and quality delivery
• Termination, commissioning and monitoring of expert examinations of testable installations
• Preparation and participation in internal and external audits in responsibility
• Monitoring the defined KPI

Your profile:

• Completed master training as a plant mechanic (m/w/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning
• Long-standing experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Experiences in the field of industrial supply and disposal systems
• Finded expertise and safe handling of legal requirements, regulations and standards in the field of hygiene regulations Ventilation and drinking water (VDI 6022, VDI 6023 and VDI 2047)
• knowledge of industrial safety, fire protection and handling of hazardous materials
• Construction management experience of technical rebuilding measures
• Very good knowledge about SAP
• Knowledge of working with Google Workspace
• German and advanced knowledge of English in word and writing
• Embossed communicative skills to work with contact persons of all levels
• Self-employed, structured and outcome-oriented work to schedule appointments in time, efficiently coordinate workflows and achieve targets in time
