Our carrier is the Montessori carrier association Karben–Bad Vilbel e.V. We serve children from the first year of life to the school entrance in three age-mixed groups – bilingual, family and according to the principles of Montessori education.

Operational management of all commercial, organizational and administrative sectors Management-relevant preparation of all financial topics: budget, accounting, liquidity, funding Further development of our commercial processes and structures Creating clear evaluations, documents and recommendations for the Executive Board Control of central topics such as purchasing, organization, communication, PR & marketing Ensuring professional cooperation between the commercial and educational sides Active participation in events, festivals and projects of the kindergarten as well as a dedicated and positive representation of our institution in the interior and exterior

Current studies (immatriculated), e.g. BWL, Social Management, Nonprofit/Public Management or comparable Structured, reliable and independent operation Interest in finance, accounting, organization, processes and communication & marketing Safe handling of digital tools and openness for modern work Communication strength, team capacity, willingness to learn and joy in responsible tasks ''First practical experiences are of advantage, but not necessarily necessary''
