Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

(S 2026-15/B7) What tasks do you expect?

You combine your expertise from the banking business with your passion for further education and development. In doing so, you will design and accompany training opportunities for employees and executives of the Sparkassen Financial Group You implement existing training/coaching concepts in stationary and digital consulting for the residential and real estate segment and the commercial business Together with your team, you develop and maintain demand-oriented qualification concepts for the real estate and construction finance business as well as the commercial business and take on the technical responsibility You accompany the participants professionally in their change and development process. You derive the necessary training measures from the strategic and operational requirements of the savings banks and joint ventures and advise the savings banks accordingly You work in qualification planning and implementation cooperatively and trustfully with the colleagues of the core association as well as other and freelance partners to ensure an inclusive and efficient approach You work together trustfully and cooperatively with colleagues from other associations within the Sparkassenfinanzgruppe and participate in Bavarian and all-German projects in the sense of our qualification assignment. This distinguishes you:

You have a degree as a bank or savings bank operator or a comparable qualification You can inspire yourself in the development and support of employees and executives in the care of business as well as the residential and property segment You have several years of successful experience in the consulting and care of business customers and in real estate financing You bring a positive attitude towards sales in the Sparkassen financial group and can demonstrate successful consulting results and sales successes based on concrete practical examples. The multi-channel consultancy is technically and methodically at a high level. You have a qualified and recognised training as a trainer and/or several years of implementation experience You can prepare and convey challenging facts conceptually The integration of digital media into everyday work is your practice You are motivated to work in a performance-oriented manner and to introduce themselves within the framework of the service philosophy of the Sparkassenakademie Bayern to support the savings banks and their affiliates With regard to the location of use within Bavaria, combined with the necessary travel activities and the temporal commitment, you are flexible You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1) and can convey complex technical content to the addressee Good reasons to speak for us: We offer you this...
