Shopfloor and Value Stream Management (14 people) supports production by designing, developing and securing processes, data and organizational processes. Design and maintain the production-relevant work plans and master data in the SAP environment as a work planner (m/w/x). Analyses, target-actual comparisons and coordination with the specialist areas involved help you identify deviations, implement necessary adjustments and continuously improve production processes. Creation, maintenance and continuous development of work plans, production piece lists and production-relevant master data in the SAP environment Ensuring correct and complete mapping of manufacturing processes, personnel and machine times as well as external processing steps in the work plans Implementation of time recordings as well as determination, analysis and determination of input and throughput times as the basis for efficient production control Design and maintenance of workstation-related master data such as layer models, usage levels and capacity parameters as well as material-related master data such as throughput times and buffer stock Control and implementation of measures from the change and ensuring the timely adaptation of production-relevant master data Professional participation in the introduction, harmonisation and further development of SAP S/4HANA processes within a multi-site project environment performing regular set-point actual comparisons between schedule and actual times, as well as derivation and initiation of necessary work plan adjustments based on REFA recordings, quality reports and production analyses Transparency creates through deviations in production processes and active support for the departments in implementing sustainable improvement measures Acquisition of a specialist role for work planning, master data management and manufacturing processes as well as consulting interface partners in production, logistics, quality, industrial engineering and IT

Very well completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field or completed technical training Multiannual professional experience in work planning, production planning or industrial engineering of a manufacturing company Knowledge in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA and master data management of complex production environments Comprehensive experience in the implementation of time economic analyses, capacity planning and production-oriented optimization projects Qualification in the field of REFA Embossed analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and a deep understanding of production and value flow processes Communication strength as well as the ability to combine different disciplines and successfully accompany changes Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with high quality standards and implementation strength Funded knowledge in MS Office applications including Power BI
