Advice: You advise owners, builders, architects, planners, craftsmen and executives, as well as municipal bodies in all the intellectual matters of the building monument care. Construction: You take over the technical advice accompanying the construction and ensure compliance with the statutory obligations and the secondary provisions from the permits. Technical support: With your expertise, legal experts support you in decision-making. In addition, introduce your expertise in the processing of requests for the Special Depreciation Monument (Denkmal-AfA). Variety guaranteed: You will accompany small and large measures on the cultural heritage in the city area. You work closely with experts from the Landesamt für Denkmalpflege and regularly take out dates. In addition, you contribute to the further development of our uniform administrative practice and, in addition to your main tasks, take on exciting special tasks which help to make our work sustainable.

Qualifications: You have completed their studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field of expertise (Construction experts according to § 46 para. 4 Landesbauordnung Baden-Württemberg), ideally with a deepening in the area of preservation. Expertise: You have knowledge in the fields of conservation and building law as well as basic knowledge in the field of fire protection regulations, ideally with relevant professional experience. You need knowledge about energy recovery in your working day. Competences: You work independently, engage and take responsibility.
