As HR Business Partner at the Mitterteich site, it is actively involved in shaping a future-oriented working world and sustainably strengthening executives and teams. Your duties Strategic Advice and SparringspartnerIn for executives in all personal topics Control and implementation of central HR processes along the Employee Lifecycles Accompanying change processes, organisational development measures and transformation projects Identification of talents and development and implementation of suitable talent and succession concepts Promoting modern, value-adding and performance-oriented corporate culture Close cooperation with internal HR experts and relevant interfaces in the company Your profile Completed studies in the field of HR, Economy, Psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in HR business partnering or in a comparable generalistic HR role Embossed consulting skills, coupled with a safe and authentic appearance Good knowledge of labour law and experience in dealing with co-determination bodies Analytical thinkability, entrepreneurial mindset and pronounced implementation strength Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
