Specialist in Land Management, Land Acquisition

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a specialist:in area management, basic acquisition (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin or Schwerin site. Your tasks: As a specialist:in land management and land acquisition, you are responsible for the cost-, time- and quality-oriented provision of legally secured land for our demanding infrastructure projects. You work on all property matters and advise project managers:inside and project engineers:inside to web-internal and external real estate topics and their impact on the projects You conduct negotiations with owners on your own: inside and out of other parties and complete purchase, construction permits and funeral contracts as well as compensation agreements The ordering of necessary utilities in the land register as well as the processing of other land-related contracts in complex projects with high budgets are also part of your task You commission value assessments and property assessments, accompany border dates and tax external service providers:in close coordination with the project management All the necessary activities of the project participants will be coordinated in advance, keeping their implementation up to and including cross-project reports and summaries You will participate in information events, discussion dates, plan setting procedures as well as in case of ownership, expropriation and court proceedings Area-related data is collected seamlessly in the internal IT systems; you also calculate services of area management and check invoices in terms of fact and computation

Your profile: You have successfully completed your studies, for example in real estate, geodesy, surveying, civil engineering, law, or a comparable field of expertise.
