Sales representative (m/w/d) to attract new supporting members

The Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V. in der Diözese Oldenburg is looking for motivated and committed sales representatives (m/w/d) for the freelance activity in the member acquisition. You help to support our non-profit projects and promote the work of the Malteser Relief Service. We look forward to your application and the opportunity to meet you personally!

You carry out various acquisition campaigns to personalise new support members (home to house) You are advising various promotions, e.g. in department stores You will inform and advise potential supporters about the Maltese Aid Service projects You independently develop matching sales strategies for member acquisitions You complete commission-based funding

You have experience in sales – ideal for fundraising or membership acquisition You have a class B licence and a car You show communication strength, persuasiveness and high social competence as well as negotiation skills You have an independent and targeted way of working You have a positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Maltese
