Psychotherapeutin / Fachleitung (m/d) Therapeutic Housing in Berlin From 01.03.2026 or after a joint agreement, we are looking for a therapeutic specialist (w/m/d) for our therapeutic housing community “TWG SOMIT” in Berlin – Neukölln (part of Rudow). Our therapeutic group SOMIT offers young people and young adults with mental problems or illnesses a care and housing offer in a social therapeutic environment. The aim of support in the TWG is to stabilise and rejuvenate young people, to develop a life perspective and to develop the broadest possible self-employment. In the interdisciplinary team of the TWG you work with educators and social teachers. Your duties As a psychotherapistin / specialist (w/m/d) you take over the guidance and advice of the team in educational and therapeutic questions. You are ready for crisis intervention in emergencies and secure the case-related work processes You conduct consulting and commitment talks with young people and, if necessary, Parents You maintain contacts with clinics, therapists, KJPDs and youth offices You contribute to the quality development of the Gemini area and jointly develop cross-border standards Your profile a completed or far advanced approbation training as a psychological psychotherapistin or child and youth psychotherapistin (min.
