Working Student PMO S/4HANA Transformation Program (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Strategy & Transformation area in Munich (Germany) at the next possible time.

• PMO support for the global S/4HANA transformation program incl. Further development of programme management practices and administrative, conceptual and organisational tasks

• Control and communication support: helping to create and maintain status reports, reports and presentations for different stakeholders

• Coordination and organization: scheduling (including Outlook), building/care of distributors, organization and refurbishment of meetings (invitations, agenda, protocols) in close coordination with the team

• Planning and standards: support in the maintenance of project/programme plans, tracking, documentation and further development of program standards

• Cooperation and work packages: coordination with departments/streams in the company and planning and implementation of defined work packages according to exact specifications

• Processing, analysis and visualization of data (e.g. in Excel), creation of dashboards

• General PMO activities: document management, storage/structural topics and other co-ordinative tasks in the program environment

• Study of Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable course

• First experience in project management is desirable

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Teams)

• Basic knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• High motivation, reliability and flexibility

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
