Accounts receivable accountant (m/f/d)

WTM Engineers is a successful and expanding engineering company with around 300 employees in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Kiel and Rostock. As an advisory engineer, we plan for our clients:inside sophisticated construction projects. The topics of energy transition and sustainability are increasingly taking up a large space. In order to strengthen our commercial team at the headquarters of Hamburg and to support our technical project management, we are looking for you as a debitor accountant:in (m/w/d) in full-time in permanent employment.

Your new area of responsibility is a mix of debitor accounting, project controlling and contract management with the following priorities: Commercial support of our construction projects - from commissioning to project completion Implementation of debitor accounting including the timely billing of services provided (invoicing and dunning) clarification and coordination of debitor accounts Monitoring of project costs and performance and accounting levels Auditing of invoices and subcontractors Participation in the commercial examination of contracts/subsidiaries

A completed commercial training or a completed study in the field of business management (even with a focus on controlling / accounting) or a comparable qualification Knowledge in project controlling or Contract management (e.g. VOB/HOAI) and contract management are advantageous Professional handling of popular MS Office programs. In addition, knowledge about our business software ABACUS is advantageous. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing An independent, very careful and structured procedure High service orientation as well as communication strength, team capacity and readiness to deploy
