Deputy Head of Office and Head of Working Group Building Management

You take over the leadership of the working group and run your team professionally and organizationally. You are responsible for infrastructure building management and ensure smooth, economical and service-oriented building operation. You control the commercial building management, including budget planning, cost control and economic optimization. You support the administration as a deputy administration and participate in strategic decisions.

Qualification for the group of members of the second board of directors of category 2 of the general administrative service

or Completion of a Master /Dipl.Ing.(University) as an alternative at least Diploma (FH)/Bachelor

or Qualification for the 1st entry office of category 2 of the general administrative service and the willingness to participate in the modular qualification according to § 25 LVO NRW or completion of the administrative course II and the willingness to participate in the modular qualification according to § 25 LVO NRW

and driving licence class B

Leadership experience is desirable Experiences in the field of 'Financial', 'building management' and/or 'building' are desirable We welcome flexible working time models.
