Coordination of maintenance measures - organize and accompany maintenance and testing by external specialist companies Pre- and post-provision of measures - document and resolve identified deficiencies and their causes in a structured manner Regular building visits - perform recurring controls in and around the building Testing of plant functions and safety systems - control and monitor technical systems in the building Creation and updating of work instructions - maintain technical documentation and keep up to date Documentation of activities - all work carried out Ensuring compliance - storage of all technical building equipment documentation

You have completed vocational training in the technical field. You have knowledge of maintenance and maintenance. You have several years of professional experience. You're sure to use the MS Office Tools (Excel, Word). You own a class B license. You have good German skills. You are ready for shift operation (i.d. early day shift).
