This will help your team:

• Planning of turnkey commercial, office/commercial and residential properties within our planning team to hand over to our construction/project management team
• Development and preparation of draft, approval and execution, detail and work planning (up to LPH 5)
• Cooperation with our construction/project managers during project execution
• Participation in project planning meetings

As a professional you bring:

• completed vocational training as a designer with several years of professional experience in execution/work planning
• Professional experience in planning phases 1 - 5 HOAI
• Knowledge of planning and construction processes of buildings
• safe handling of CAD preferably Vectorworks as well as the usual presentation and office applications
• a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working and innovative ideas complete your profile
