Our area of social services offers various forms of living for people with disabilities. 150 people are currently being cared for. In the house Sonnenschein live 24 people with autism-spectrum stalls. Individual support plans are created for each resident in order to help increase their self-employment and thus their quality of life. The methodological work is based on the TEACCH approach. For our residential house Sonnenschein we are looking for a residential group management (m/w/d) in full time with 39.0 weeks/hour. The place shall be occupied without delay. The candidate should be or become a member of the welfare of the workers. The presentation of an extended management certificate is necessary. All facilities of the workers' welfare, sub-district Ennepe-Ruhr have a high quality standard and are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 et seq. as well as according to the AWO standard requirements.
