Current visibility, purification and clarification of debitor accounts incl. Executing the dunning Risk assessment in the dunning sector and timely introduction of measures to reduce default Introduction, monitoring and conclusion of recovery measures Establishment of a weak customer and introduction of measures Insolvency Processing and Date Monitoring Telephone and written communication with internal contact persons, debitors, customers, lawyers, insolvency administrators etc. Participation in projects and process improvements Professional mentoring of colleagues with regard to recovery and insolvency

Completed studies or completed training as a tax specialist, alternatively: completed commercial or comparable training Professional experience in dunning or debt collection environment desirable Controlling the relevant IT systems, in particular the MS Office package Good knowledge of English Responsible, structured, team- and solution-oriented working Communication strength, safe and convincing appearance as well as high customer and service orientation
